Huh. I would bet there are later books, considering this one was made in 2006... but I daresay you know more on the subject than I, considering your impressively massive collection of FF9 doujinshi. XD
I wouldn't say I know a lot about FF9 releases, I just buy nearly every doujinshi I find ^^ (with preference for some circle, danchipettokinsirei in lead) By the way you are the one who translated "lamplight"? I knew that I had already seen your name somewhere ... XD
Yeah, I am! I thought about mentioning it here, but I wasn't sure how you felt about scanslations... :p Did you read it? I wasn't totally certain on my entire translation of that doujinshi, but I enjoyed doing it and I thought it came out pretty well. I really like Freya! XD Wish more artists drew her as well as Sakana Nekono.
I actually have another doujin by Sakana Nekono, called Never Failing (which I think I also saw on your website). I've pretty much roughly translated it, and I hope to release my final scanslation one of these days, lol. The only other FF9 doujin I own, Fantasia by Tommytoh, is proving somewhat more difficult to translate. TT__TT
And... I can't help but say it now... if you ever feel like scanning any of your doujinshi, I'd be happy to give translating them a shot. XD
Of course I have read your translation!FF9 ones are really rare I wouldn't miss it XD. I liked the whole doujinshi it's a nice interpretation of how Zidane and Freya met, and your comments at the end on some sentences which were hard to translate. I translate doujinshi too (all those which have summaries are translated and scanned)and I can understand your difficulties. I would loved too help you but I don't think I'm good enough at japanese to do a scanlation. But I can help you by scanning a doujinshi, just choose^^ I agree with you, the doujinshi by Tommytoh are very hard, I have tried one but I couldn't manage to finish it. Moreover a lot of them are handwriting it's worse...
Woah! You'd be willing to scan an FF9 doujinshi of yours for me? And I can choose?! *A* This is my lucky day! <3 Heheheh, let me take a look! :D
Yeah! Translating handwritten stuff sure can be difficult sometimes... >x< But then, I've seen artist's who's handwriting is as nice as font. Well, I guess that was just one artist. Made me wish everyone wrote so nice, haha.
I'll do my very best to translate it! Even with the handwriting. I should probably warn you, in turn, that I can be a terribly slow scanslator--especially if I get stuck on some part of a translation. <__<
But, again, I'll do my best, and thanks so much for scanning Spirit of Wonder for me! You're wonderful! XD
Don't worry I will wait for the translation, I'm also doing one (love junkie, I couldn't resist to the little kitty Garnet^^)and I know that it needs time. If there are some scans you can't read you can still ask

I will send you some pages and you will tell me if the size is okay.
